House rules

    Complying with the vacation rental rules is a requirement of the contract. Failure to respect the following points may lead to a penalty or expulsion from the property.

    GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

    1º- All guests (and any other person visiting the Property under the knowledge of the owner) must comply with the rules of this vacation rental and other instructions provided by the owner of Casa la Peña during their stay.

    2º- Guests must notify the owner or manager of any dispute and/or complaint from neighbors immediately.

    CHECK – IN:

    1º- The check-in time will be from 1:00 p.m. unless the owner communicates by call or message that the property can be used before the stipulated time.

    2º- It is mandatory (Royal Decree 933/2021) to complete the Ministry of the Interior registration form for all people staying.

    3º- It is mandatory to sign this vacation rental coexistence rules document.

    NOISE AND NEIGHBORHOOD:

    1st- This property is suitable for children who do not need to sleep in cribs since the house does not have one, authorizing parents to take one on a trip if they wish.

    2º- Guests will be fully responsible for the safety of the children who accompany them throughout the stay, and for any inconvenience caused to other residents of the neighborhood.

    3º- Guests and their visitors (authorized by the apartment owner) must reduce noise to a minimum so as not to disturb other residents in the area, especially during the hours in which they may be sleeping (for example, from eleven o’clock at night to eight in the morning), and when they arrive and leave the property.

    4º- Excessive noise is prohibited in any case and at any time, and may lead to the end of the guests’ stay, eviction and the loss of the amount paid for the entire stay.

    5º- Guests and their visitors (authorized by the owner) are completely prohibited from behaving disrespectfully towards the residents of the area, and must minimize their impact on them and the neighborhood in general.

    VISITS:

    1st-Guests are allowed to receive a maximum of two guests during their stay.

    2º-Guests are responsible for ensuring that the number of guests allowed is not exceeded.

    3º-Every guest must comply with the rules set out in this document.

    4º-If a guest wants to spend the night at the property, it must be communicated and approved during the reservation and registration process with the Police and will be subject to any extra fee specified in the final price.

    USE OF THE PROPERTY:

    1º- Any party or gathering of many people is completely prohibited.

    2º- Any small meeting must take into account the rules already expressed regarding noise, neighborhood and visits.

    GARBAGE AND RECYCLING:

    1º- Guests and their visitors must take care of garbage and recycling in accordance with the instructions described below, and will not leave any type of waste in common areas or public areas.

    2º- The instructions regarding garbage and recycling for the vacation rental are as follows:

    a) Do not leave leftover food or personal items outside the containers in the kitchen and bathroom.

    b) Always keep the garbage container with a bag to be able to throw food and other remains.

    SECURITY:

    1st- Whenever guests leave the property, it is their responsibility to ensure that the windows and doors are securely closed to maintain safety and prevent damage caused by rain or wind.

    2º- Guests will have to turn off lights, air conditioners and electronic devices when they are not necessary, to save energy. They are not allowed to leave the air conditioning on when they are not in the house.

    YARD:

    1º- Guests must supervise any infant or child when using the patio.

    TOBACCO:

    1º- Smoking is NOT allowed inside the property but it is allowed in the patio.

    2º- Cigarette butts must go into the ashtrays provided for this purpose, and not on the floor.

    PETS:

    Animals are NOT allowed in this vacation rental.

    BARBECUE:

    The barbecue may be used on the patio only with express permission from the property for such use and in compliance with all safety measures.

    DAMAGES AND DEFECTS:

    1º- Any damage and damage must be reported to the owner/manager as soon as possible. If you do not comply with this rule, you may be requested personally or through judicial means for the financial part that corresponds to the replacement of the damages and damage caused to this vacation rental home.

    2º- To avoid damage and damage, it is prohibited to move furniture and other utensils (television, telephone, lamps, etc.) from one room to another without prior consent from the owner or manager.

    3º- The towels arranged in the bathroom cannot leave the property (to, for example, go to the beach or pool). There are other pool towels on the property with this function that the owner will leave inside the bedroom closet.

    CHECK – OUT:

    Rules regarding the delivery of keys, security, cleaning, garbage, etc.:

    1st- The departure time from the home will be at 12:00 in the morning unless the owner allows you to be there a little longer than stipulated.

    2º- The keys to the home will be deposited in the keybox enabled at the entrance once the home is vacated.

    3º Before vacating the home, the tenant must check that the taps, appliances, windows and entrance door are properly closed and turned off.

    4th-Tenants are asked to take care of the home, utensils, and bed and bath linens as if it were their own. Please don’t use the bath towels to remove your makeup.

    5º- Garbage from the bathroom and kitchen must be removed from the home once the vacation rental contract concludes.

    COMPLIANCE:

    1st-Failure to comply with any of these rules implies failure to comply with the conditions applicable to the vacation rental contract.

    2nd-The property has the right to terminate the guest’s stay if the guest does not comply with the rules of this house or causes inconvenience to the neighbors.
